close to amenities, clean and self sufficient, staff were helpfull

Costa Royale Beachfront apartments are really well situated directed opposite the beach at Trinity Beach - in our opinion the nicest beach resort in the area. The townhouse was fully equipped for our stay, and afforded us the most comfortable base to return to after a day of activities. Even before we arrived the staff at Costa Beach were so helpful, responding to questions and requests put to them by email - they even did some shopping for us so that when our flight got in after shops were closed, we had nothing to worry about as we had what we needed waiting there for us. They were full of advice and guidance about suggestions for trips which helped ensure we got the most out of our visit to Cairns. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and would recommend them.

Disappointed that the swimming pool and spa pool weren't heated. They appear to be in quite a shaded area which is good in terms of avoiding too much sun exposure, but it would have been nice to enjoy a swim or spa in warm water under the stars. Not inviting when it's cold water.

Staff are super nice. Location is great for a relaxed vacation. We did not expect our two-story house to be so big with so many facilities. We were even given a small box of milk to go with packets of tea and coffee in our room! Love everything around here. Totally worth the money. We would definitely come back if we ever have the chance to go on vacation in Cairns again.

We understand that due to the hot and humid weather here, there will be some ants if we leave food overnight out of the fridge. However we do hope that some kind of insecticide would be provided to guests. It was kind of difficult when we were trying to get rid of all the ants in the morning.

Perfect beachfront location, spacious rooms, washer and drier in the unit.

We booked Costa Royale for a little break away from Melbourne and it was perfect. Located right on the water we kicked back on the large balcony and did exactly what we went for... to do nothing. The unit was massive and had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and went out of their way from the moment we arrived and their recommendations for dining out were spot on. Next time we come back we will spend longer and have a better look around as it is a beautiful place and there is so much to do. I recommend this place to everyone, even families, as like I said before the apartments are very large and contain everything you need... happy holidaying.

Nothing 10/10 from us.

Lovely rooms, but alot of ants in kitchen and no sign of baits.Stingy with the tea/coffee portions. Pool very small. Driveway very poorly lit for going out to restaurants at night time, couldnt see where we were going! Quite far from Cairns centre - half an hour. but still a lovely little resort in itself

Older owner was very rude on check out, re- we were lucky he didnt wake us at 1am to ask us to move our car from the guests parking area, where we were told to park in the first place? So due to that, will not be going back again, will go next door to Coral sands appartments, which are glorious looking!

Large rooms, our apartment had two bathrooms and a large kitchen, beachfront balcony.

The apartment was not new but well equiped and clean.

I stayed here just for one night as i was in town on business.. wish I could have stayed longer. I definitely will be back with my family for a holiday. The apartments are huge and right across the road from the beach with great views. They have everything you need. The managers Alicia and Craig were fantastic and I can't wait to return for a break. Highly recommend.

A nice apartment with a great view of the sea . All the comforts of home but at a beautiful beach.

The friendly staff, the peaceful atmosphere, the location, the view, facilities and the very spacious apartments.

Friendly and helpful staff, they supplied my son with a boogie board to use at the beach, organised tours for us and supplied a written itinerary for such.

Spa was not working at the pool

Plenty of room in the apartment. Large living and kitchen space and two large bedrooms. Staff (Craig) - excellent service and very helpful. Rooms have been updated very well and are clean and fresh. Short walk through the front of the complex to the beach. Close bars and good quality restaurants. Secure parking in lock up garage.

The Garden apartment was at the back of the complex and didn't see a lot of sun because of its position. However, the complex has beachside apartments (not available for our stay).

Friendly , happy to help . 2nd time we have stayed in these apartments and we will be back

The price was good and so was the location. It was nice and close to the swimming area at Trinity beach. Easy walk to restaurants & cafes
